RAVERS2RUNNERS Presents
GET FREE X TECHNO THERAPY
Join us for a dance workshop rooted in club culture followed by an opportunity to move without judgement on the dance floor and change the way you think about clubbing.
Saturday 14th June | 6pm - 10pm
Strange Brew, Bristol
It kicks off with a one-hour house dance workshop led by Lottie Ball of Get Free Dance Therapy, followed by a two-hour Techno Therapy session guided by resident DJ and founder Prabuddha.
This is a non judgemental and inclusive space that welcomes anyone open to new approaches to raving.
If you miss clubbing, dancing and listening to house and techno music but don’t miss the 3am finishes, are exploring a more sober-curious lifestyle, wanting to experience the club in a new light, or go out and be in bed before midnight (or not), then this is the event for YOU.

Get Free Dance Therapy
Lottie Ball
In this special Ravers2Runners session, dance therapist and group facilitator Lottie Ball invites you on an embodied journey that blends the joy of club culture with deep self-exploration. Drawing from over 15 years of professional practice, and a lifelong love of raving, Lottie’s approach is inclusive, spontaneous, and rooted in the belief that dance can change lives.
At the heart of her work are three simple but transformative principles:
✨ Move with curiosity and joy
✨ Practise non-judgement
✨ Embrace imperfection
You’ll explore how these principles relate to the idea of the Rave Space as a Healing Space, using somatic (body-based) practices to unlock confidence, release anxiety, and build deeper social connection through movement. The session will incorporate House Dance fundamentals to offer a group movement experience that encourages creative self-expression, rhythmic unity, and shared
sense of purpose.
Step into the space.
Leave perfection at the door.
Let’s move.

Techno Therapy
Prabuddha Balcombe
Techno Therapy redefines the clubbing experience by adding intention to the dance
floor we all love.
It creates a unique space that supports a deeper connection with
yourself, invigorating your physical and mental wellbeing.
This event is rooted in underground music sensibilities. At Techno Therapy, you will be
invited to explore how awareness and meditation can enhance your clubbing
experience, offering a powerful alternative to the excessive use of drinks or narcotics, all
while honouring your personal journey and freedom within the space.
The session will start with a group moment ensuring everyone feels safe and
connected. Then, Techno Therapy resident and founder Prabuddha will take you on a
two-hour journey through some classic UK tech house, 90s techno, and electro.
“As a DJ, I constantly come back to the theme of connection. If I'm really connected to
a record and I play it in a moment that I am deeply connected to myself, then this
energy of connection starts to multiply on the dance floor,” Prabuddha.

Running Community
Ravers 2 Runners
R2R are passionate to present Get Free X Techno Therapy with Bristol this Summer.
They believe that raving is important and wanted to offer a fresh, conscious alternative to traditional clubbing culture. Rooted in their mission to support healthier, more connected lifestyles, this event creates a space where people can enjoy music, movement, and community without relying on substances or a late night.
It’s about reclaiming the dance floor as a place for self-expression, healing, and personal growth—honouring the joy of rave culture while encouraging mindfulness and well-being.
It wouldn't be a R2R event without a run!
